Dear Families/Caregivers attending the Elementary Track Meet at Royal Bay Secondary,
RBSS is excited to welcome back the Elementary Track and Field Event on Thursday, June 5th.
These events are a great way to celebrate sports. This event draws considerable public attendance and has a massive impact on the operation of Royal Bay Secondary School. The school has a population of roughly 1800 students and staff – so the parking lots around the school are busy.
Here are a few reminders for your day at the Elementary Track Meet:
There is no parking at Royal Bay Secondary School. See Parking information below.
Families must not use the bus loop or the drop-off lane at RBSS. Drop-off is done at the parking lot off-site. See below.
Students and families are responsible for all of their own garbage. Please put garbage in the garbage bag or take it home.
There is no access to Royal Bay Secondary School.
Bathrooms are outside at the Field House, and not in the school. These will be clearly labelled.
There will be a concession provided by the Royal Bay Leadership Class
Parking Information
Please make sure to only park in the designate parking area. This includes drop off and pick up as we cannot accommodate the traffic in the lanes/loops in front of the school.
To access the parking lot:
Turn south off of Latoria Road onto Quarry Road
Take your first right onto Tradewinds Avenue
The parking lot will be on your left
Please see the attached map for a visual location of the parking lot with walking directions to the track at RBSS.

Thank you for a wonderful Spring Fair yesterday! Your participation and contributions are so greatly appreciated. Thanks to all who volunteered – amazing crew! Because of your efforts, this event was a success! And best – the kiddos had so much fun!

Families, you can purchase the school supplies listed below directly from School Start (our official school supply company for your convenience – our school’s name is Savory Elementary, or you may utilize the same list to purchase your supplies locally. Remember, you can purchase parts of the additional section if your child already has supplies that are in good order from a previous year – please save money and the environment.
